● Standard specification (design) description:
Using CAM driven intermittent feeding mode.
The feed distance change is made by the conversion of 2~4 teeth.
Only the lower wheel drives and the upper roll is pressed by a spring.
When inserting the material, the upper and lower rollers are relaxed by the manual switch of the air valve.
Lubrication mode - The CAM part of the separator is oil groove type. Other gear parts are oil immersed.
The upper and lower rollers are coated with hard chrome.
The relaxation device is an eccentric CAM, so the relaxation Angle can be adjusted from 180°.
